Meet Trish - Founder of Tribe
Trish created Tribe to bring a modern, strength-based approach to Pilates - one that blends precision, energy, and community.
With a background in dance, fitness, and teaching, Trish has spent nearly a decade helping people move with confidence and purpose. Her philosophy is simple: movement should make you feel strong, capable, and connected - both in and beyond the studio.
Trish believes that real strength comes from showing up for yourself, and that the right environment can help anyone discover what their body is truly capable of.
