You’ll strengthen your stabilising muscles, improve alignment, and build the confidence to move efficiently both on and off the reformer.
Perfect for those brand new to Reformer and seasoned clients wanting to refine and master their technique, this class lays the groundwork for progress in every other session.
Intensity – Low/Moderate
A step up from Control, Flow is a steady-paced reformer session that celebrates the rhythm and precision of Pilates. Guided by music that lifts the vibe, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and refined control as you move through seamless, full-body sequences. Designed to enhance coordination, muscle activation, and joint mobility, this class helps you find your flow - with purpose, presence, and that signature Tribe energy.
Intensity – Moderate
Sculpt is our reformer flow class designed with light weights, props and varied spring tensions to help you move with precision, strength, grace. You’ll flow through intentional sequences enhance muscle engagement, improve balance, and build endurance. This class is ideal for those wanting to deepen their Pilates practice with the added challenge of resistance. Expect a steady pace, fluid transitions, and a full-body focus.

Strength is all about time under tension (think weights with Pilates) - moving with purpose, not speed. You’ll work through strength-focused sequences like squats, lunges, presses, and pulls, layering in props and varied spring loads to challenge your muscles from every angle. Expect a slow and controlled movements as we focus on form, alignment, and muscle engagement. It’s strength training, the Pilates way - measured, focused, and fierce. Set to slower beats to help you connect, control, and push past your limits.
Intensity – Moderate/High
Reset, restore, and realign in Revitalise. A 45-minute stretch-focused Reformer class designed to release tension and improve mobility. Flow through a series of guided stretches that gently lengthen and open the body, enhanced by the support of the Reformer. Blending dynamic and static movements, this session promotes flexibility, reduces stiffness, and leaves you feeling re-energised. Whether you’re balancing an active routine or simply seeking a moment of calm, Revitalise is the perfect way to nurture your body and enhance recovery.
Intensity – Low/Moderate
This 45-minute reformer session blends all our Tribe classes into one energising, full-body workout. Expect to move through transitions quicker with higher-energy circuit style class that challenges endurance, coordination, and power. It’s the perfect fusion of resistance and rhythm, designed to make you move, and feel unstoppable. While this class welcomes all levels, we recommend having a few reformer sessions under your belt to get the most out of it.
