Trish K. has been passionately teaching Pilates for nearly a decade, blending her love for movement with her background in dance.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, Barre, and Mat Pilates instructor, Trish brings a diverse and dynamic skill set to her classes. She enjoys strength training and is committed to showing others that their bodies are capable of more than they might believe. Known for her creative use of music, Trish expertly guides her classes through rhythmic movements, using counting and carefully curated elements to create special moments in each session.

Chloe has been teaching Pilates since 2018, but her passion for movement started long before that.
Chloe’s love for movement started early, growing up with a passion for dance that has shaped her journey ever since. After exploring various forms of exercise, she discovered Reformer Pilates and it was a total game-changer. She was instantly hooked!

Maddie fell in love with Reformer Pilates over six years ago and turned her passion into teaching.
Her classes blend purposeful movement, balance, and strength with mindful flow. Through supportive, intentional instruction, Maddie helps clients build strength, confidence, and connection, leaving each class feeling energised, aligned, and refreshed.

Felicity discovered Pilates after years of playing competitive hockey and dealing with injuries. .
What began as recovery became a practice that built lasting strength, balance, and mobility. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and focused on helping you move better and feel stronger - inside and out.

Galina discovered Pilates in her early twenties and has been guided by the practice for over 20 years.
Her classes focus on purposeful movement, mindful strength, and intentional flow, helping clients build balance, resilience, and connection in both body and mind. With a strong emphasis on sustainable movement and supportive coaching, Galina creates a space where progress matters more than perfection and everyone leaves feeling grounded, strong, and supported.

INSTRUCTOR
Beth fell in love with Reformer Pilates six years ago in Trish’s classes and turned her passion into teaching after completing her instructor training in 2024.
Her classes blend strength, precise technique, and intentional flow, supporting clients to move better, improve alignment, and feel strong and balanced. With a strong passion for pre- and postnatal Pilates, Beth creates safe, supportive, and empowering classes that help clients feel confident, connected, and energised.

Candice’s love for movement began with 15 years of classical ballet and contemporary dance training before discovering the transformative power of Reformer Pilates.
Her classes blend strength, posture, and mindful flow, supporting clients to build muscle tone, body awareness, and a deeper mind–body connection. Through intentional, supportive coaching, Candice helps clients move with more control and confidence, leaving each class feeling strong, aligned, and connected.
