Maddie’s love for Pilates began over six years ago, when she was instantly drawn to the flow, rhythm, and mindful challenge of reformer.

What started as a personal practice soon evolved into a passion she wanted to share, leading her to become an instructor. Her classes are guided by an appreciation for movement that feels purposeful, balanced, and empowering.

Maddie creates flows that build strength and control while still allowing space for presence and ease. With her thoughtful programming and supportive teaching style, Maddie encourages you to move with intention, connect with your body, and discover how consistent practice can transform both strength and confidence.
