She discovered Pilates over 20 years ago in a ballet class and immediately recognised its life-changing potential. With more than a decade of teaching experience across reformer, mat Pilates, yoga, barre, and even pole dance, Cam brings a rich and diverse movement background to every session.

Influenced by her passion for strength training, Cam’s classes are a fusion of power, control, and precision. She delivers thoughtful programming that challenges the body, builds resilience, and leaves you feeling stronger and more connected.
