Felicity has always been drawn to movement - exploring every sport and fitness style she could growing up.
For over 30 years, hockey was her passion, until a series of injuries led her to discover Pilates. What began as injury management soon evolved into a powerful practice that reshaped her approach to movement and life.
Through Pilates, Felicity found a new balance: strength, stability, and mobility that support not just performance, but everyday living. Her classes are infused with positive energy, playful challenge, and a focus on building both body and mind.
