Helena’s Journey: Strength, Progression & Confident Movement.

Helena has always been drawn to movement and the outdoors, spending her time exploring new walk tracks, training in the gym, and building a consistent Pilates practice.

After years of training, she fell in love with Pilates for the way it builds strength, control, and confidence in the body. This experience inspired her to step into teaching and share the benefits of purposeful movement with others.

Her classes are dynamic and progression-focused, designed to challenge you while supporting steady improvement over time. Helena blends energising flows with intentional coaching, helping you move better, build strength, and feel more confident in your body.
