Candice’s Journey: Strength, Grace & Mindful Control
Candice’s love for movement began with 15 years of classical ballet and contemporary dance training, where she developed a deep appreciation for precision, control, and body awareness. Discovering Reformer Pilates was a natural extension of this background, and experiencing its transformative impact firsthand inspired her to step into teaching.
Pilates reshaped the way Candice approaches strength and movement, building muscle tone, posture, and a stronger mind–body connection. Her classes are grounded in purposeful flow and thoughtful sequencing, supporting clients to move with more awareness, control, and confidence.
Through intentional, supportive coaching, Candice creates classes that feel both graceful and challenging - helping clients build strength, improve posture, and leave each session feeling strong, aligned, and more connected to their bodies.
