Beth’s Journey: Strength, Precision & Purposeful Movement

Beth’s passion for Reformer Pilates began six years ago in Trish’s classes, where her love for strong, intentional movement first took shape. This journey led her to complete her instructor training in 2024, turning a personal practice into a career built on empowering others through movement.

Her teaching style centres on strength, precise technique, and smooth, controlled flow—supporting clients to move better, improve alignment, and leave each class feeling strong, balanced, and energised.

Becoming a mother to her daughter ignited Beth’s passion for pre- and postnatal Pilates. Experiencing pregnancy and recovery firsthand has deeply shaped the way she teaches, with a strong focus on safe, supportive, and effective movement through every stage of life.

Beth is dedicated to creating empowering, accessible, and results-driven classes that help clients feel confident in their bodies and deeply connected to their movement, both on and off the reformer.
