Galina’s Journey: Balance, Strength & Mindful Connection.
Galina discovered Pilates in her early twenties, and it quickly transformed the way she approached both movement and life. Through this practice, she found the joy of mindful movement, a deeper sense of balance, and a powerful understanding of true strength -both physical and mental.
In 2011, Galina trained under expert mentors in London, deepening her knowledge of the mind–body connection that sits at the heart of Pilates. For over 20 years, Pilates has remained her constant foundation, supporting her through every stage of life.
Balancing Pilates alongside a demanding professional life has given Galina a deep understanding of what it takes to build sustainable strength in a busy world. Through truly understanding her own body, she has found ways to create balance, resilience, and longevity - and now brings this perspective into every class she teaches.
Her classes focus on purposeful movement, intentional coaching, and genuine connection. Galina believes we grow stronger together and is passionate about creating a supportive space where progress matters more than perfection and community is at the heart of the experience.
