Mickie’s Journey: From Dance to Strength & Movement Mastery
Mickie’s love for movement began at just 4 years old, training in ballet and gymnastics before stepping into the world of professional Jazz dance. Her career as a dancer fueled her deep understanding of strength, control, and artistry—elements she now brings into every Pilates class.
With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Mickie holds certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Bootcamp Instructor. In 2014, she found her true passion in Pilates and never looked back. She has since mentored and educated new instructors, shaping the next generation of fitness professionals. She has been a Fitness Educator, Assessor, and Mentor to newer instructors entering the Fitness and Pilates industries and regularly delivers a high volume of group classes around Sydney every week.
Mickie’s classes are high-energy, dynamic, and expertly designed to challenge and empower. She blends precision with creativity, ensuring every movement has purpose. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or pushing your limits, her sessions will leave you feeling accomplished and inspired.
