A small-group intro course designed for absolute beginners—no experience needed, just a willingness to show up.
You’ll move step by step with others who are starting right alongside you.
Together, you’ll learn how to use the reformer, master the basics, and build strength and confidence at your own pace.
By the end, you’ll know exactly how to modify for your body, how to move with control and breath—and feel 100% ready to jump into our open-level classes.

You've never tried Pilates—or tried once and left more confused than confident
You're nervous about keeping up or doing it "wrong"
You want to feel stronger, more in control, and supported along the way
You like the idea of learning with other beginners, not figuring it out alone

5 Weekly Reformer Fundamentals Sessions
Small group of 8 people max for plenty of support
Focus on form, breath, alignment + injury-safe modifications
